Prenatal visits are a sacred time to slow down, connect, and prepare—body, mind, and spirit—for the journey of birth. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may include: Gentle conversation to explore your birth hopes, preferences, and any fears or questions Education on stages of labor, comfort measures, and how your support team can best show up for you Breathwork, guided relaxation, or visualization to deepen your trust in your body Exploration of spiritual or emotional practices to help you feel centered and empowered Hands-on comfort techniques or movement practices to prepare for labor Time to discuss postpartum plans and create a nourishing support system Whether it’s your first birth or your fourth, this is time just for you—to be seen, heard, and lovingly supported as you prepare to cross the threshold into parenthood.

Postpartum visits are a time to be held, nourished, and supported as you settle into new life. I offer gentle guidance, emotional care, newborn support, and help around the home so you can rest, recover, and bond deeply. These visits are sacred pauses—where your well-being is honored and your needs come first. Insurance covers 1 hour visits or an extended 3 hour visit. The numbers of visits vary.
